Operates ok for a small fan however it is very loud. I bought this to use as a desk fan at work but it's too loud and would probably cause a distraction. So now I plan to use it as a tent fan when my son and I go camping, hopefully we will be able to sleep through the buzzing humming noise.

The product sucks! Does no blow far, or put out a lot of air. This fan was not what I thought it was going to be. Is not worth the 20 dollars I paid for it, with no Prime shipping available. Would not recommend for even a toy.

Well the subject says it all. Oddly enough I ordered this accidentally. Well my phone did! I turned off the One-click purchasing option shorty after.I did however open the box to put the RA slip in and noticed the horrible packaging. It wasn't even in a manufatures box.It was such a horrible product for $20 I felt I had to write a review to save someone else from making a mistake.Thin PlasticLOUD!You need to have it 2 inches from your face to notice a "Breeze" I wouldn't categorize as much more than a light breeze.It looks as though there's a tiny fan in the handle that draws air from the vents and then out through the ring... not even close to a dyson.Don't buy it.
