this fan worked great for my little girl. She would put the strap around her neck and lay back in her stroller and relax. She was as cool as a cucumber when we went to the state fair. In fact mom had to borrow it a few times to get cooled off.

I bought these for my bowling team...all ladies who have power surges! We love this fan. I had purchased a cheap fan and it broke after a few uses. This one is sturdy and has multiple speeds. Others in our league asked where I got them so they could buy them for golf season. A BIG hit!!

We bought these for a trip to Disney and didn't really use them. If you need a fan they are fine, but if you are trying to stay cool you can stay cooler without batteries. The Frog Toggs and Arizona Mister available on Amazon did a much better job as long as water is available. So the 3 stars is not for the product; its just that it doesn't keep you as cool as other products.
