I almost did not buy the elephant shaped fan based on the prior review for this product. After reading positive feedback for the various Deco Breeze fans being offered, I decided to give it a try, and I am glad I did. It is actually a two speed fan (I guess the third speed is off). It provides a nice breeze while working at my desk, though it is a bit louder than I would like. Yes, I would certainly recommend it.

I feel duped because this is not 3-speed like it says but rather just on/off. Plus it is very loud. I can't have it on for too long because it drives my husband and I crazy. I would have given it 1 star but I added a star for it's cuteness.
