It works and with some adjustment will stand on flat surface. It fans fairly well but is very loud. If I had headphones on it wouldn't be as bad.

Thats right! It does flip and fold but it needs to work hard to get any breeze at all! You need to hold it less than a foot from your face to get any kind of real air flow! And its LOUD and wont hold still if you set it down on its base because it vibrates so much! Also after a little while it starts to smell of burning thats so strong it literaly makes you dizzy! Dont wast any of your money on this!!
