This fan is absolutely useless. I ordered it using my amazon points and I truly regret using 4,000 points on this piece of junk. It will probably work in a small office or cubicle, if you are sitting right under it. Once I put it together and let it run for about 10 minutes it started making the most awful squeaking noise. If I can save someone money take my advice and don't purchase this fan
