Should have ripped up 27 dollars and remained far cooler under the collar. Dumbly got the 2pk. Opened one, tried it. The barely discernible wind from the fan does indeed blow not forwards, but backwards,however that gets your fingers caught and stops the action. The spray spits drops and dribbles down your fingers and arm. Could easily soak everything in one's pocket book or pocket. Now for the kicker. Check out supplier's return policy. Actually, one should do this before purchasing anything, but in this case, it's a lost cause, getting even a small share of my money back, what with the restocking and shipping fees.

Oh yes, they are green with envy when we are waiting on the 15-20 degrees hotter than outside (90 -100degree)temps subway platform- and when we have the misfortune of catching an unairconditioned train.This little fan is worth it's weight in gold! Light weight, yet well built, it really moves, yet is painless if you catch yourself with it. The water squirter thingy is useless to me, as we have more than enough natural humidity in the air, but if that's why you want this, I would reconsider - this thing is tiny, and holds maybe a half ounce of water.

I bought this for a long car trip in hot country. My husband wanted the water spritzer to wake him up if he started to feel sleepy while driving. It is so tiny it only holds a few squirts -- probably not enough to keep anyone awake, but it was fun to play with during a long drive.Then, my husband left me sitting in a hot car for over an hour when he was unexpectedly delayed during what was supposed to be a short walk. There was no shade around even if I had been able to reach my wheelchair in the trunk. So I used this little gadget for a long time and it really helped. Even though it does not hold much water, it is easy to fill from a plastic water bottle. I like the fact that the blades are so flexible they don't hurt if you accidentally touch them to your face.I would get another.
