I needed a fan that would fit on my desk and take up a minimum of space, and this fan gets it done. High speed is about what I expected for a small fan and is not obnoxiously loud. About the only thing that concerned me was the fact the documentation says to UNPLUG THE FAN AFTER EVERY USE! Made me think the thing was some kind of fire hazard or something. But I ignored that and all is well. Overall a good product.
